Tiny Home, Big Update

 Water!

 Hot water heater! Jacob says no to go above 120 degrees fahrenheit...

 Radiant floor heat! the house is currently toasty warm at 74 degrees fahrenheit.

 The weather has been so cold that our pipes have been freezing so Jacob and Marie devised a plan to keep them warm. Jacob wrapped our pipes with heat tape.

We've also been having issues with our drain field clogging/freezing. Jacob already had to dig it up once to get the system working properly

All I Want for Christmas is a Tiny House!

 Jacob, Marie, Charlie, and I have been working hard on getting the house move in ready. Marie's goal is that it will be completely done by 12/31/16. We've mostly met that goal, there are just a few things left to install and hook up. Tonight Jacob and I are spending our first night in the tiny house and this is what the space looks like!
